Currently, we only ship and accept returns within India. We do not offer international shipping or returns at this time.

• Online purchases (from astronautclothing.shop): Can be returned or exchanged by mail or at Astronaut Clothing stores within India.

• In-store purchases: Returnable only at Astronaut Clothing stores in India.

💵 Return Charges & Astronaut Points

• Returns by mail incur a ₹149 return postage fee, which is deducted from your refund.

• Astronaut Points members may be eligible to have this fee waived. Check your Astronaut Points account for details.

• Earned Astronaut Points can be redeemed on future purchases. 1 Astronaut Point = ₹2.

✅ Return Conditions

• Returned items must be in "like new" condition, unless defective. That means:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Unaltered

  • Saleable

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached

• Final Sale items (clearly marked) cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Astronaut Clothing reserves the right to assess and accept or reject returns based on the condition of the item.

🔄 Promotion-Specific Returns

• Buy One, Get One % Off: If the full-price item is returned, the discounted item will be recalculated at full price, and the difference will be deducted from your refund.

• Buy One, Get One Free: If you return the purchased item, the free item will be charged at full ticket price, and that amount will be deducted from your refund. Free items cannot be returned or exchanged.

⚠️ Other Important Notes

• Items purchased from Astronaut Clothing cannot be returned to third-party sellers.

• Orders from resellers or bulk buyers may be marked Final Sale, with no return or exchange privileges.

• Customers with excessive return activity may be restricted from making future returns.

• Pre-owned items (if applicable) must be returned by mail only and within 14 days of delivery.
